iPhone no internet connection / very slow when connected to Hub

Hello! Just bringing this back to the top - did you ever find a fix for this? I have the iPhone 16 and I'm experiencing the same intermittment/high latency issues. It's so incredibly frustrating because I didn't have any of these issues before "upgrading"" to the new Hub 5.

    Not much to go on in your post.  The wretched new forum format means we see no external or previous context.  So:

    1. Does your iPhone successfully connect (auto-connect) to the Hub 5?
    2. What happens when you are in the same room as the Hub 5?
    3. What is meant by "high latency"  in terms of what you are doing?
    4. What does work successfully in your house?

    I can see my colleague has already replied to your thread here: Intermittent frequent ping spikes, rare packet loss and high Post-RS errors

    Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

    Have a look at the reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
