Internet stuttering

Hi there, my broadband sometimes does lots of little interruptions, each one lasting less than a second. It's usually the sound only but sometimes it's the picture too. After one or two router restarts it eventually works properly.  Any ideas please?  TIA

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your broadband connection. Checking things here, there was a recent fault affecting you. This has since been resolved. Can you please reboot the hub to refresh things and let us know if you're having any further issues.

      Afraid it's still doing it, if anything it's worse.  Tried several channels, happening on all of them

        Thanks for coming back to the thread.

        How's the TV box connected to the Router? If it's WiFi but it's near the Router, can you connect it via Ethernet to see if it fixes it?
