Internet still not quite right after Cable Repull

hi guys.

a loooong battle, but yesterday (after being told itd be the 16th) a chat agent thought outside the box and i got a cable repull done (the lads who came said they got an urgent call 10 mins before they showed up lol).

cable all fine, a neat job by their sub contractors from what i can see and know.

however my BQM looks "messy"? and i even had dropouts on basic things like iplayer whilst i was chatting with agent about bill credits for the issue etc.
i do note that my brown outside box, is around 2-3m away from my actual tv point inside - (theres cables from near front door under window (outside cabling) and then into the tv corner) - could this be the issue? is that kinda like an extension? from brown outside box to inside white one

i've got a test.mynet test running - every 5 mins for the next 8hrs so ill see what averages and stuff that gives over that timeframe but already onto test 3 and 1 has been merely 1mbps.

engineer is booked for monday am, any suggestions before then or to help guide them? i was reading about attenuators becasuse i noticed some downstreams powers are 9.3-11.0 which from my reading on here ./ guides seems high?

i should add that i've been in this property over 3 yrs, and it's worked perfectly since august, where it just went down hill. With no changes to property or equipment etc to trace back to (i was given a new hub my first engineer, but i use modem mode anyway, and the new hub didnt change anything, it was still rubbish).

Thats one weird BQM !   Can you do this

    ________________________________

Post up your Hub/network connection details and someone will check to see if there is a problem there.  In your browser’s URL type in 192.168.0.1 if in router mode or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode. No need to log in - just click on the “Router Status” icon/text at bottom-middle (Hub3/4/5) or top/right (SH’s) - of the Login page.
Then… Navigate to these “data pages” and just copy/paste the normal “Formatted Text” (not images) 3 FULL sets of data onto here – 2 tables from the Downstream, 2 from the Upstream, & the Network Logs pages. Don't worry too much about the formatting it can be easily read & DON’T include personal data or MAC addresses - blank them out - if you copy/paste the data, the board software will do this for you (you may need to click the "submit" button again). If character limits are “exceeded” - just do two posts

Also post the BQM link to "share live graph" as per the TB  instructions
