Cable repull - no internet connection
I have had no internet since 1/9. An engineer called 2/9 and advised that the problem was between my house and the main box. An appointment was arranged 4/9 and again 5/9 for a cable repull. No show on both occasions. Frustratingly VM have failed to call me back, despite promises that it would be 1 - 2 hours.
Where do I go from here.
Delays for cable installations are a regular source of complaint on here due to the fact that much of the work is done by sub-contractors.
Keep good records, along with evidence such as screenshots, texts, emails etc., of all VM's failures to fix as you will be eligible for compensation for the outage
