Internet Issues

Absolutely sick of not being able to connect to the Internet. 2 weekends in a row now and even had an engineer out this week. Download speeds are 1000plus but upload jumps between 26 and 100. Devices do not work whether via ethernet cable or WiFi. I work from home so this is now costing me money and inconvenience. WiFi device all say connected without Internet.

    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your internet.

    Can I please ask what the last engineer advised?

    Try checking with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

    Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.  

    Setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  

    Also run a wired speed test on www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results.

    Once done we can comment.
