Hi my internet is failing and dropping out on video calls for work, but using TV(netflix etc) is all fine.
Can't understand it. Signal good and the app says fine. Have run various reset etc still same. Any ideas.
Having Child Safe enabled in the VM Online Account can block / disrupt video calls on a range of platforms.

I had my same issue: the video calls
I am having the same issue. Using laptop with browsing is ok, but keep failing and dropping out on video calls.
Taking a punt is this with MS Teams used over Wi-Fi ?
