Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.
What are the lights on the Hub doing when the circuit drops?
Setup a BQM to monitor and record your circuit http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Once done we can comment.

Do as Adduxi suggests - but just add - can you test whether anethernet cable connected device drops off at the same time - or is it just wifi connected ones ?

This seems to happen around 2000 hrs every night. It comes back on a few minutes later.

Hello, Dinger
Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for any issues with the internet at home.
We've done a diagnostic on the service and there was an issue in the area that was resolved in the last 48 hours, so hopefully everything has been resolved for you.
If not, can you confirm, are these drops happening only on WiFi devices or are devices connected via Ethernet affected as well?
Best wishes.

Seems to be mainly WiFi devices, 3 pods show not connected, but come back on and internet Wifi works after about 10 minutes. I will observe from tonight as I’ve been away for a couple of nights
