Internet access!

Hello, I am a new customer and I received my internet kit yesterday, but the problem is that I cannot access my internet, that is, I connect my phone to the internet but it says the following "connected, no internet access" could you help me please?

I've been trying to find a solution for this since yesterday afternoon .
