Intermittent WiFi signal for days

We are having none stop issues with the WiFi as we are constantly getting intermittent wi fi signal in your area , come back in 24 hours 

this has gone on for days without a fix ? Tried the reboot as was told to do this whilst on line 

this didn’t work , has anyone else had this ?

    Just to be clear, the outside feed to your Hub from VM is the broadband. WiFi is the part inside your house.

    Do you mean that the broadband is not getting to you, or that the WiFi has failed?  The simple test is whether an ethernet connection still works.
