Intermittent WiFi issues
Hi,
Been with Virgin for a couple of years, on our second contract.
Been having intermittent broadband issues (no connectivity via wifi) for about three months. Managed to speak to a technical team member finally, who suggested a booster we were using could be to blame. We have since stopped using the booster, but have yet to set up the Virgin booster pods we were sent.
The issue is persisting, with three incidences at least today where the wifi dropped. Generallt doesnt last more than ten minutes at most.
Any advice for diagnosing this?
