Intermittent signal

We've had issues with an intermittent signal in our area for a few weeks but the last few days is dropping out more and more. Now its off almost as much as it is on. If I go to Status check it says intermittent signal in your area, we're looking into it come back in 24 hours and you can book an engineer.

But it's been days. It will go to 22 hours, sometimes to 13 hours, one time to 6 hours, then goes back to 24 hours. But the problem is getting worse and I can't book an engineer. The automated helpline number says there's no issues in the area. I doubt they are really looking into it because it's been the same message for weeks.

    Sorry to hear of your service concerns.

    Checking the systems on our side, we can see that the area signal concerns have resolved over the weekend, and we aren't seeing any further area concerns. Are the services on your side still intermittent? I would recommend, now that the area issue looks resolved, to try a 60-second pinhole reset on the router. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and fully update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.
