intermittent signal

I have been without internet for over 24 hours. when I check the status, its says to check back in 17 hours. I have phoned, used live chat, messaged on twitter; with no help or any updates to when this will be fixed. 

I have checked all wires and reset my router multiple times. 

Any other tips to what I can do to get my internet back up and working. Or can virgin please contact me šŸ™‚

        We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your broadband. When running through the checks, if this comes up, it usually means we're trying to remotely resolve the issue. 

        Looking here, a network fault affecting multiple customers has been detected. Our networks team are investigating this to get things resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, you may experience an intermittent service, slow browsing or poor performance but rest assured, we're on the case and hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible.

    Call CS in the morning and report it as a fault.
