Intermittent internet

Hi, 

Never really had issues with a consistent Internet connection, well not for a long time but I'd say the last 2 weeks my Internet keeps going down and back up constantly. 

Today it must have done it 6-7 times between 7pm and 9pm. Did something similar yesterday but not every day in the past 2 weeks. It tends to come back on pretty fast or if I turn off the modem and turn it back on. App says there are no issues and friends further up the round have had no issues like this. 

Any help would be great!

    Been an issue for a week now and they replied to me on twitter when i sent them a link to a discussion I started on here saying "we're aware some customers are having an issue and we're currently investigating". 6 days later still happening :/ Mine is Hub 5x

    Internets been OK since yesterday but from talking to the social media team there is an issue my end. 

    "Downloading is not the problem the error is with uploading there are certain channels and frequencies that the hub runs at and they are completly off and causing the issue you are currently having."

    Not sure what the technician needs to do but hopefully helps.

        Hi Steven,

        Thanks for your reply. Engineer was helpful and removed some frequency alternator looking device from the main cable coming in to the modem/router. Explained what the issues were and showed me all the stats explaining the issue causes etc. 

        All been fine for a few days but today it's been disconnecting and connecting constantly 😭
