Intermittent Internet Connection PO143PF area

Internet connection failing in last half hour PO143PF area SAM KNows tets shows  a problem occurred BQM shows increased latency but nothing more than when intenet in normal use but unable to connect IPhone at all and laptop keeps dropping connection.  Router Status shows nothing unusual. Anyone else experiencing similar issues or can offer advice?

    We're sorry to hear you were having some issues with your internet connection on Wednesday. Whenever you have a fault, it's always best to have a look here. It will first check if there's a fault in the area. If so, it will advise the details, including an estimated fix time, If there is no area fault, it will allow you to click a 'still having issues' button. Do this to test your line, replace your equipment or book an engineer visit if it's needed. 

    Checking things here, there is no longer a fault in the area affecting you. Are you still having issues with your connection?
