Intermittent connection problems

Arg,

We're getting continual breaks in connection, making it very difficult to use teams for video and Zoom is similar. 

I'm running in Modem mode on a recently replaced and therefore new SH3 and the mesh wifi is stable, but looking at the router logs it's showing

warning messages with

RCS Partial Service

Then Critical 

Sync Timing Synchronization failure : loss of sync

These appear every 2 minutes or so. 

Getting through to support is also difficult, the chatbot is spectacularly unhelpful.

    What happens when you connect your device to the Hub directly on an ethernet cable ?  Do Zoom's and Teams meetings stabilise?  I would never use a wifi connection for those important meetings as it is notoriously flaky (e.g. our wifi drops out when we turn on our microwave oven !)
