Intermittent connection drops – upstream/downstream power issue

I've had this several times over the years, occasionally it gets worse for a day or two at a time then stabilises.
My hub is repeatedly rebooting due to upstream signal loss. The downstream power levels are hitting +8 dBmV, and my upstream power is around 40 dBmV with repeated T3 timeouts and sync timing failures. This indicates noise or a power-level issue on the coax line. I need a technician to check the external line, connectors, splitter, and cabinet.

At first glance, the reboots don't look to be caused by a bad signal. How is the hub powered - through an UPS? Has the hub been replaced at some point during this issue?

The hub is just plugged straight into the outlet in the wall. Have tried a couple of different outlets, doesn't seem to affect this issue.
Hub has never been replaced - could be hardware?

Hey willsetten, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your connection issues.

We can see there was an area issue, this has now been fixed.

Have you seen an improvement in the connection at all?
