intermittent broadband dropouts
Hello,
I've been experiencing intermittent dropouts since yesterday, checks on my internal WiFi and a BQM seem to show that the problem is with the provision, rather than the WiFi connections in my house.
Here is the BQM (couldn't get it to embed for some reason):
I use the Super Hub3 in modem mode.
Have power cycled everything, but the dropouts continue.
The VirginMedia status page tells me of intermittent problems, and that it would help me book an engineer if the problem persist for 24 hours. It has been going on for more than 24 hours now. Should I book an engineer?
