I'm on virgin media connect app hot spot app stating your tv box is offline warning ⚠️ issues

I'm on the virgin media connect app hotspot app and under network it states with a warning ⚠️ sign saying your tv box is showing offline please remove this from your device to see if it helps or check out f &q for info and it still states that under network

    VM Connect app issues have been the topic of several of your posts, 
    it is quite a puzzle as to why you persist with it.

    Installing the VM Connect app is totally prohibited in our house because it degrades the compatibility and stability of the Hub Wi-Fi service, it also deleted our Reserved IPs and re-enabled Guest Wi-Fi.
