i need a wall socket but can’t book an engineer

new customer just got my router delivered but don’t have a virgin media wall socket. i’ve been trying for ages to book an engineer through the website and the app but the button literally doesn’t work at all and is completely non functional, almost as if it’s a dummy button. what do i do?

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 during office hours.

    Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.
