Same here, no problem with broadband or wireless though. The hub is slightly warm to the touch at the top. Staff on 151 were not very helpful.

Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community.
We're sorry to hear you have a permanent red light on the hub 😞
If you have tried the below already, we'll need to replace the hub for you.
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
