I’m expecting WiFi pods, how long do they take to arrive?

This forum has repeated reports that even after multiple calls, Customer Service fail to supply any VM Pods.

Sorry to hear you're waiting on a WiFi pod, if we've submitted a request for a pod, the request can take up to 14 days, you would then receive a text message to confirm delivery instructions.
