Hub5 Problems
Hi everyone,
We switched to Hub5 a week ago, but we’ve started experiencing major issues. The WiFi started acting up and stopped loading any pages. Although we appear to be connected, there’s no connection. The hub was replaced, and after that, our TV and computers started working, but the problem persists on mobile phones.
I’ve tried all the settings, but we still can’t solve the problem. Virgin customer service doesn't provide adequate support—all they suggest is replacing the router.
We can’t access social media from our computers either—Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
