Hub3 reporting permission denied and no internet
Hiya,
After moving some plug sockets around last Tuesday (8 days ago) our internet has been down. Can connect to WIFI but get no internet access. When logging into the hub3 web interface, it reports permission denied next to the cable connection. All changes are shown as locked and nothing in the log
Tried reconnecting cables and factory reset but nothing has worked. After the factory reset logging into the box shows it's upgrading.
Any thoughts? They can't get an engineer out until tomorrow evening, 9 days after it's stopped working.
