Hub wont connect to internet

Hi can someone from virgin contact me as my Hun won't connect to the internet, I have gone through many times the online recommendations and phoned and gone through the automated checks but I've received no text as to what to do next and there is literally no way to contact someone and talk through the issues or what to need to do next

    In the meantime, what model of Hub do you have and what are the Hub lights doing?

    Looking into the local area, there doesn't appear to be any issues present.

    Can you confirm if the issues with the services is still ongoing?

    Does this effect both Wi-Fi and wireless connections?
