Hub 5x Blinking Red Lights

All the sudden my Hub 5x started blinking a red light non stop and I’ve lost access to internet.

No indications of faults in my area, Upton by Chster, so I have followed all instructions to reboot, reply and factory reset the device, and the issue still continues.

Tried contacting by phone and though Virgin Media App but both keeps looping me in the testing routine, insisting the issue is with the hub local setup and doesn’t allow me to schedule an engineer or get any further help. 

As I work from home this is quite impactful, any suggestions on how to address it or at least get some support from Virgin Media?

    Did you try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061?

    This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

    Sorry to hear you're having service issues. Checking the systems on our side there don't appear to be any issues we can identify. Are you still experiencing issues today at all? If so, can you please let us know if this is a connection issue over a wired connection or just over your WiFi connected devices?
