Hub 5x Blinking Red Lights
All the sudden my Hub 5x started blinking a red light non stop and I’ve lost access to internet.
No indications of faults in my area, Upton by Chster, so I have followed all instructions to reboot, reply and factory reset the device, and the issue still continues.
Tried contacting by phone and though Virgin Media App but both keeps looping me in the testing routine, insisting the issue is with the hub local setup and doesn’t allow me to schedule an engineer or get any further help.
As I work from home this is quite impactful, any suggestions on how to address it or at least get some support from Virgin Media?
