Hub 5

I can't connect my hub 5 to my vm connect app ,any ideas 🙂

    Manage the VM Hub at http://192.168.0.1/  login with the Hub Password ( i.e. not the Wi-Fi password )

    The VM Connect app does appear to lead to quite needless tinkering with the VM Hub.

    Thanks for your post and welcome back to our Community Forums 🤗

    Sorry the Connect App is not working for you. There are a few things you can do to help, as well as following the advice from Roger_Gooner & Client62. 

    • Reinstall the app.
    • Delete cookies & Cache from the app. 
    • Use a different device to see if this helps to connect. 

    If none of these steps help then we would recommend following the VIP's advice as a work around. 

    Can we ask if you're concerned with your broadband performance and that's why you're wanting to use the Connect App?
