Hub 5 Resets Configuration on Reboot?

Hi

Have configured some port forwarding in my Hub 5 to allow my server to access with certificate authentication.

Every time there is a power cut or I need to switch the router off (and I assume when firmware is applied overnight) the router reboots with the default settings and I have to reload the settings from my .bin files. This also removes my MAC assigned reserved IP addresses!

I can only reload the configuration if I am at home; and I only find out about it when the remote access fails.

Anyone got any ideas, is the Hub 5 really going to reset any changes I make?

Thanks in advance..

It should save the changes maybe you have a faulty hub or VM setup the hub so it resets to defaults. see what happen when its in modem mode if it resets to defaults when off and on you have a faulty hub

I have mine in modem mode and it survives reboots without issues.   However it does sound like a faulty Hub if it’s resetting to factory settings.  Maybe a full 60 second pinhole reset one last time may work?  I’m also assuming the Bin file is from the offending Hub, could this be corrupted?
