Hub 5 Port Forwarding Problem with Synology DS723
I have just upgraded my NAS from a Synology DS718 to DS723, believing this would be a simple swap out task and to an extent with was until I discovered the device could not be accessed externally, due to Port Forwarding Issues. For some reason, the Rules for the NAS are already set via UPnp, presumably linked to previous NAS. Also, when I attempt to change the details in the Local IP box and error message appears. (see screenshots)
Does anyone know what the issue is with my Hub and how I might work around the problem. All assistance would be welcome.
