Hub 5 invisible to Virgin Connect

Unable to connect to the hub using 192.168.0.1. Have tried going going in to Incognito mode, results is as before.

Keep getting this screen:

Done the usual switch off, turn back on again - no joy.

Every thing does appear to be working.  Any ideas to resolve this annoying matter will be appreciated.
