Hub 5 Device Name Change - Not Possible

I've just installed my Hub 5, it was a requirement I switch to a Hub 5 on renewing my contract. I wanted to keep my Hub 2ac.

I'm up and running, but I see no option to change my connected device's names.

When clicking on the information icon on the connected devices page, it states: 'To change the names of your devices return to the Home screen and make the changes by clicking on the device name in the Modem Status Overview.'

But this is not possible. Clicking on the displayed devices does nothing.

Is this a known issue?

    Functionality to rename devices is not present in recent Hub 5 Software updates.

    Given most devices have MAC address randomisation, renaming is not a good idea as you could be forever finding new devices and left with a long list of old devices that are never seen again.

    Just had my Hub 3 changed to a Hub 5 and came across this issue when trying to reconfigure all my attached devices - looks like VM didn't both to update the information 'i' tab for connected devices!!!
