Hub 5 constantly cutting off

Hi, iv been with virgin for their broadband for around 2mths nearly, not had any issues until today. The internet keeps going off, has been like this constantly for the past hour, the box keeps blinking blue and doesn’t change colour? I’m having to turn it off unplug it and it still does the same thing. Iv got sky glass so it needs internet to run! Got an engineer booked but not till Wednesday. Any advice on why the bloody hub has started to do this! I left sky broadband as it started to do this, I definitely don’t want to have to leave another company due to constant outages for wifi.
