Hub 5 5ghz problem

Hi,

I recently upgraded from Hub 4 to Hub 5 so I could take advantage of Wi-Fi 6. However my 5ghz frequency is having serious issues. It will work fine for short intervals then drop to between 0-2Mbps. When working correctly I will receive speeds up to 1100Mbps. I have tried everything I can think of and within my capabilities i.e. repositioning the router, scanning channels for interference etc. My ethernet and 2.4 ghz channel are stable and work fine. I will post all the data I have.

I receive this in logs roughly every ten minutes. Not sure what it means or if it's a problem

5ghz when working

5ghz most of the time

2.4 ghz

Any help would be appreciated.

What channel is your 5Ghz band on? If it’s a DFS channel move it elsewhere?
Try a full 60 second pinhole reset on the Hub?

According to all the data you have posted, the broadband feed to your Hub is working normally. The problem with your WiFi is within the house.

5GHz always has lower range than 2GHz, particularly through walls and other obstructions. That's the tradeoff for the potentially faster speed. What is the 5GHz speed close to the Hub?
