Hub 5 & Pods

I’m having the same problem.  New hub 5 and white pods will not connect.  I need them for my security cameras

    Hi G5cab,

     As per Adduxi's post

    Call the equipment activation number on 0800 953 9500. ou will need the Hub/Pod serial number/MAC address from the barcode sticker, and your account number.
