Hub 4 Wifi password not working

Today i recieved a new hub 4 and the wifi password on the bottom has said it is incorrect on 2 different devices. i tried to go on 192.168.0.1 and it said my settings password is also incorrect ??

    Be careful in differentiating between letter O, zero and 8.

    Take a phone picture, zoom in and examine carefully.

      Also it is possible that the Hub 4 isn’t new at all, has been recycled from a previous customer and hasn’t been fully reset beforehand. I’d do a full factory reset of it first.
