I’m unable to view any of the uk pages after logging into my Hub 4, I get the login page and once logged in I just get a white page and a browser message advising the page is unresponsive, tried rebooting the hub 4 and tried with several browsers to no avail. Any suggestions, as I can’t access the settings, I can’t use the mobile app either as that just get stuck saying it needs to optimise the router.
Have you tried a 60 Second press of the RESET button, then leave the Hub powered on to revert to the shipping condition i.e back to the HUB and Wi-Fi passwords as are printed on the bottom side sticker.
I hadn’t tried a full reset yet, didn’t want to go down that route in case I lost it altogether, will need to consider it, I guess I’d have to setup all my custom settings, ssid etc.

Can we ask if you have been able to perform a factory reset yet?

I did do a factory reset, it sort of fixed it, and the connect app worked for a while, but now the app keeps asking to optimise again, I just need to check the UI access again.
Perhaps the other view point is, proceed with the RESET now when the Hub is in a state to perform that task.
Resetting the SSIDs etc is not difficult if the menu is working.
I’m having exactly the same problem. Carried out factory reset and now cannot access the settings of my Hub4 with the UI. Also in an endless loop of optimising Wi-Fi in my iOS app.
Can you look into this for me as well please?

The main problem I have is that wifi has recently become very unstable and I cant seem to find a way to fix it. Anything connected to the hub by ethernet cable seems to work perfectly.
I have tried switching the hub off and on a few times and even a factory reset but it still hasn't fixed the problem.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the VM Connect app on my iphone as suggested but when running the app, it just says it cant find my Hub 4.
I've also tried to log into the Hub on 192.168.0.1. The login screen appears but after entering the password, the screen just goes white and after some minutes, returns me to the login page . I've tried this on both my laptop and deskop PC using both Edge and Google Chrome but with the same result.

I'm having the exact same issues. Wifi keeps dropping out every couple of minutes, some devices say "connected without internet", VM Connect app not working (uninstalled and re-installed), router rebooted, cache, cookies and history deleted, nothing working. Getting the white unresponsive page when trying to get into the router site.

Likewise, I am having the exact same problem as reported by the OP and by burnslor.
This issue has started in the last few days. I was having intermittent broadband connectivity issues for a few days, with upload speed dropping to 0.1 Mbps (yes, 0.1), then my download speeds would drop to a tenth of the typical download speed that I normally get (from a 1GB fibre connection) and then back again.
After a call with tech support where we applied a pin-hole [factory] reset, the router functioned normally again for a day but I now can't get in to the admin settings at all after the login page.
I can't help but think that a recent software update has caused a problem.
Does anybody have any further ideas?
Its like VM are past caring if WE can get to the login as long as they can access the hub and can load youtube fine if thats the case they should default to modem mode because what the point in a WAN IP if you can't DMZ or port forward might as well do everyone on CGNAT I bet 70% of people will not know but I would hope that is lower.
Same issue for me here. I've reset the router, getting white screen then a kill or wait on browser. Uninstalled connect app and re installed. Connect app cannot find router. I cant set up my wifi pods now. Internet is working, but no access to manage the Hub 4 device . And without this access no wifi pods so dead spots around the house. Very frustrating
I have the same issue with Hub 4 done reset multiple times. Sam issue cannot log into UI on computer and VM connect cannot find Hub 4. I want to access my Hub 4 to set up MAC filtering for my kids devices but this is hopeless and frustrating. Is Hub 5 any better and if so how can one upgrade ?

I would try a pin hole reset to put it back to the factory settings this should then work, I have taken a look at our side and everything is look fine.

Hi im having the same problem.
I followed the instructions here, and reset via the pin hole reset. Now I still cannot connect to the UI, after entering the password to log in to the router UI it becomes unresponsive, The app says that it cant connect to the router. Ive tried mutiple browsers over multiple devices. ive cleared data and cache on the app and tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still i cannot access the router UI.
Before it was an annoyance, but now its a nightmare as the SSID and the log-in are reset after following the pinhole reset instructions, so my whole smart home is offline. Any assistance would be greatly valued.
this issue began for me after adding a wifi pod to my network (ive tried disconnecting the pod since and tried resetting the router without the pod and still cant keep connection to the UI)
In the end it was a faulty hub. Got it replaced. That one was faulty so got that replaced too!
