Tivo box very slow and unresponsive
My tivo box is over 10 years old. It's become incredibly slow, apps take ages to load and often buffer. I also get a lot of error messages when trying to access them. Recordings also have started to pixilate when playing back. I have a roku device upstairs which is so fast in comparison. Surely the Tivo box is due for replacement with a V6? How do I get this done? It does seem very unfair that as a loyal customer i have to stick with the outdated faulty equipment.
Faulty TiVo's are replaced with V6 as a matter of course.
So if you were to report your service faults - either by calling in or waiting on this forum - you should get a tech visit with a view to replacing with a V6.
