Hi im having the same problem.
I followed the instructions here, and reset via the pin hole reset. Now I still cannot connect to the UI, after entering the password to log in to the router UI it becomes unresponsive, The app says that it cant connect to the router. Ive tried mutiple browsers over multiple devices. ive cleared data and cache on the app and tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still i cannot access the router UI.
Before it was an annoyance, but now its a nightmare as the SSID and the log-in are reset after following the pinhole reset instructions, so my whole smart home is offline. Any assistance would be greatly valued.
this issue began for me after adding a wifi pod to my network (ive tried disconnecting the pod since and tried resetting the router without the pod and still cant keep connection to the UI)
