Hub 4 Admin Page White out and Connect App not working

Seems I have the same problem as many others, The WIFI keeps dropping out the Adim page on the hub does not work and the Connect app is also KAI. I have tried the reset with no luck and advice, please.

    Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with your Hub 4 admin page and the Connect App.

    We are aware of an issue with the Connect App and the Hub 4, but not with the admin page.
