Hub 3

My hub 3 is showing a red power light instead of the usual white power light, It is solid red but the hub is not overheating and is kept in open space. It’s been like this a few weeks, but lately there is a drop out in wifi connection on all devices through out the day. No neighbours with virgin media are having issues so I put it down to our hub needs replacing

    When it isnt overheating the red light is a known issue with a fading/failing LED.  It will have no bearing on your connectivity.  VM will replace it with another (used Hub3) as its overheatng warning system is "compromised".  It may fix your wifi connectivity issues but I would suspect not.  See how it goes.

    Post up a photo of the light for VM to see it when they get here
