Hub 3 solid red light wifi sems to be dropping aswell

Not sure if it's dropping cos of the red light. Can be in the kitchen and can't even watch a 10min video with out it stopping a hand full of times.

    Please do a pin-hole reset of the hub and if the red LED persists then the hub will need replacing.

      Done still rad and saying connected without Internet that it seems to do alot lately. Thanks

      Do you know how you go about getting a replacement hub?

        Thanks for taking the time to post on the forums in regards to your Hub and red LED, we appreciate the concern this can cause and are happy to assist via the community.

        I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.

         

        In the meantime, please follow the steps below and if the Hub feels overly warm to touch please don't use unattended:

        • Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

        • Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.
