Hub 3 box

My Hub 3 box has a constant red light on it, having reset the box twice still same issue, Wifi seems ok ....having read other posts all seem to require a new box ...Virgin chat line is hopeless ....how do I get a new Hub ???

      The box is not hot, everything is working well, but why the red light and not a white one ?

        Thanks for coming back to us feciko, the red light can mean that your hub is overheating and would likely need to be replaced. Please can you reply to my colleagues private message and we will be able to get this looked into further for you.
