Hub 3.0 stuck on green flashing light and WiFi icon

Since yesterday my hub 3.0 has been stuck in the flashing like. I checked all the cables for loose connections, restarted and reset the hub and nothing is working. Is there anything else that can be done to fix this?

      I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems with your service. Flashing green lights on a Hub 3 can indicate an issue connecting to our network, which can be due to an internal issue, or a local area fault.

      I've taken a look at things on our side, and haven't identified any issues with your home network, or your local area. Are you still experiencing issues with your service? If so, are you able to expand on what these issues are?

  • It took two days for it to connect, and there has been multiple people in the area having exactly the same issue, so there has been a local area fault, or issue with your service.

      There doesn't appear to be any local area outages currently present.

      Can you confirm if there have been any further issues with the connection, or is this now working as expected?
