HP laptop wi-fi connected but no internet

Hello!

I have absolutely new HP EliteBook G10 and can't connect to my home VM wi-fi.
I have done router reset, reinstalled wi-fi drivers on my laptop and nothing helps.
I've checked on forum that a lot of people had the same issue and the only solution VM offer is a tech visit.
Virgin Media please advise.
Thanks!

    Focus on the HP Laptop.

What network settings are configured once its Wi-Fi adaptor connects to the VM Hub ?

Check the HP laptop's IP Address is in the range 192.168.0.xxx     The Gateway must be 192.168.0.1

What are the IP values for the Mask and the DNS ?

As above, however the Downstream power levels are too high and VM will need to adjust those.  This would not stop your laptop Wifi from connecting in any case.

Have you tried a wired connection as a test ?

Are you using the correct password?  There are two on the base of the Hub and one is for Wifi and the other for the admin console.

Have you made sure the laptop is not in Airplane Mode?

Does the VM SSID show up in the list of available networks?
