How to book technician to move router

I want to book a technician to move my WiFi router to a different room. Can't see how to do it through website. Impossible to get through to human on phone. Can anyone help?

    Usual £25 non fault call-out fee for this sort of work. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss with you.
