How many WiFi pods

I have a hub5 and 3 white pods and 1 black pods. The WiFi pods all connect ok and function most of the time but randomly lose connection about once or twice a day .

can I use 4 pods with the hub 5

how do I find out if all the pods are linked to my router on my account by Virgin

Folks usually use the VM Connect app to see the VM Pods in their home network.

I thought the maximum number of Pods was 3?  Besides with a Hub 5 you should be looking to send the 3 white pods back, and get an additional 2 black pods.  I suspect part of the problem is the number of pods, as there are really only 3 viable 2.4Ghz bands available, 1 , 6 & 11.

If the pods are losing connection to the Hub, they are in the wrong place.

Each pod needs to be in an area of good signal strength from the Hub, ideally half way between the Hub and the room where you want the pod to serve.

If you need that many pods there is something wrong with your hub Wifi
