High latency errors on my network (Superhub in modem mode) - Logs attached

one of the upstream Symbol Rate is off

    The symbol rate sets the width of the channel. It may be an attempt by VM to work around some noise issue.

        We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection. Checking things here, there is nothing open for your area to suggest work is being done or a fault is affecting you. We've run some checks on the hub and this is showing as online. The power and signal levels are all within optimal range too. 

        The hub has been online for quite some time, so we would recommend rebooting it, just to give it a refresh. Please pop the link to your live BQM graph. 

        Can you let us know what issues you're having in terms of the connection too so we can help further?
