More information please? Which Hub, where is it sited and where are you measuring from? Does this happen with wired connections?
Run the following speed test using the FULL tests and post the result www.samknows.com/realspeed

I did this earlier before a dropout. Using a hub 5 on 1gb, located next to the TV. I’m over a meter away from the hub.

Is that the samknows result? It looks different to any I've seen before. As an aside, your Wifi signal is very poor at -81dBm. Is the Hub in the open and up high to allow Wifi propagation?

Is this the best place to ask someone from VirginMedia to look into this? Can you check my stats etc, as the last time they needed to do something with the power settings? You would think the Hub 5 would have better technology and avoid these issues with previous hubs, especially if they're rolling this one out.

Yes but it may take a couple of days for them to respond on these threads. Otherwise you will have to call them.

Thanks for helping. When my Wi-Fi does drop I also get slow speeds and my PC seems to forget my wifi. password. Not sure if it is related.
It seems to be okay once the internet is working again, and I don't need to input my password

FYI I’ll leave this here for Virgin to acknowledge there have been occasions when I’ve been getting less than 30MB on WiFi. Zero speed.

at least my 1GB speed upload is getting there!

Hi neoanderson,
Thank you for your posts and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm so sorry to hear you've been facing some connection issues recently. I've checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any known faults currently which would explain this. Are things any better for you today?
Thanks,

My download has increased from less than 30mb to 65.1 (upload is 83.4MB) Should this not be the other way around? Also, can you apply the credit to my account for getting less than 30MB, as shown below on your virgin connect app (it shows something went wrong, as the speed is less than 30MB).
Also, how do I get the latency to less than 10?

I'm not sure if the latency is any better. cat 6 cable
this is on a wired connection

Hi neoanderson
Thanks for providing other screenshots.
When positioning the WiFi pods, ensure that these are in an open well-ventilated area, plugged into a mains socket and away from any other devices that may also broadcast or use a frequency such as home assist devices, Bluetooth and devices like baby monitors.
The pods will also need to be in an area with a good signal, so somewhere between the router and the area that needs the boost that still has a strong signal, as we can see we aren't able to run checks on the pods at this time as showing as offline.
