Help with intermittent issue.

Hope someone can help.
I reported an issue a few weeks ago as my internet intermittently drops out. Shows full connection but there’s no service. An engineer was sent out and he determined the line from my house to the green box was damaged. He said he couldn’t fix it but someone would be out to fix it within the next week or so.
A week later another engineer knocks and says he’s going to check the line. Checks the line and says it’s damaged and someone will be out to fix it soon.
That’s the last I’ve heard and that was almost two weeks ago. The internet is still having the same issue.
Is there any way someone can check the status of the repair for me? As if it’s been completed there must be another issue somewhere is the connection is still dropping. If it hasn’t been actioned can someone check when it will be please.
