VOLT O2 SIM disconnected

Hello can someone please help me.

 

ive upgraded to virgins volt 350 this week to improve my wifi signal with the help of a pod, installed it and it appears to work however I had to take out a o2 SIM card which I’ve been sent my first bill for but trying to use the SIM card which arrived today it has been disconnected by o2 and doesn’t work. Does anyone know anyone in o2 or virgin which seems to understand what needs to happen. 

I also still need a second a virgin pod but have been refused.
