Help. Modem mode

Hi

I am pulling my hair out. My hub 5 has gone back to router mode and refuses to stay in modem mode as it has been until now. It just goes back to 192.168.0.1 router mode after rebooting. Its not ip conflict as I just have a pc connected straight to it. Has there been a firmware upload?

    Try a 60 second pinhole reset of the hub and then switch it back to modem mode.

    Thanks for replying, although I did discover that myself before I saw your reply, if I hadn't found it myself, your reply would have got me there. Cheer! 
    God knows what caused that, we had a bit of an outage and I used the service checker via my phone and they remote prodded my gear, maybe that caused it to screw up!
